What is MyCakeShed?

MyCakeShed is an online platform that gives independent bakers a branded storefront to sell cakes, brownies, cookies and other treats, with secure online ordering, card payments and order management built in.

How much does it cost to sell cakes on MyCakeShed?

Opening your storefront is free. You keep control of your prices, and a small transaction fee applies to orders processed through the platform.

Do I need my own website to take cake orders online?

No. MyCakeShed gives you a ready-made, mobile-friendly storefront on your own web address, so you can share a single link and start taking orders without building a website yourself.

Can customers pay securely online?

Yes. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, and customers can pay by card at checkout. Card details are never stored by MyCakeShed.

Can I offer both delivery and collection?

Yes. You can enable delivery, collection or both, set your own lead times and manage every order from one dashboard.
